Our Impact


  • Serving over 800 students in Salem, Peabody and Gloucester.
  • 30 immigrant youth practice English, accounting for over 1200 hours of instruction.
  • 85 students in grades 8 – 10 and 130 students in grades 11 – 16 participate each year in career and college exploration activities and/or receive college advising services.
  • Over 275 students participate in skill-enriching activities each year.
  • Over 150 parents per year attend Family Workshops for college and financial aid information.


  • High School Success: 100% of students enrolled in College Success programs graduate high school and enroll in college.
  • College Persistence: 87% of students enrolled in College Success graduated from college or have successfully entered their junior year in college.
  • Funding for College: 100% of our students complete their federal financial aid forms (FAFSA) and over 90% of our high school graduates receive substantial grants and scholarships.
