What is LEAP for Education’s role?

LEAP for Education is working with the Gloucester Public Schools as Program Coordinator for its 21st Century Community Learning Center program, O’Maley Academy, at the O’Maley Innovation Middle School. As Program Coordinator, LEAP staff works with the site supervisor to assure that all the grant requirements are being met and that the academic quality, enrollment, attendance and assessments meet the high standards of the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

In addition to O’Maley Academy, LEAP staff provides program coordination for other 21cclc programs including Expanding Horizons at Salem’s Nathaniel Bowditch School and Collins Middle School (grades 6 – 8), and Horace Mann Learning Lab at Salem’s Horace Mann Laboratory Elementary School (grades 3 – 5).
