Virtual Summer Work Program (Gloucester)

Join LEAP for a six-week virtual program offering a unique opportunity for 20 high school students (minimum age requirement of 14) to design individual work-based learning projects, have one-on-one career mentors, and complete online career readiness training. The virtual program begins on July 6th and concludes on August 14th.

Students will work 9 hours per week for 6 weeks, including a one hour per week virtual meeting with their mentor, and attend a two hour virtual workshop every Tuesday morning 9:30 – 11:30. Students who work a total of 54 hours will receive 2.5 elective credits from Gloucester High School.

Icon - Student Stipend Money Symbol Earn a stipend! Stipends start at $500 and are earned through hours worked, attendance, and project completion. Students also may be paid hourly by their employers.
