School Year And Summer Virtual Services
Virtual programs allow our students to access LEAP’s services remotely. Through virtual academic support and enrichment, mentoring, and college and career advising we can make sure that our low-income, first-generation-to-college, and English learner students do not suffer learning loss during this challenging time.

SPRING 2020: During the spring many of LEAP’s services and programs continued to operate online with LEAP staff making over 900 contacts with students and families, reaching 200 students and offering 12 virtual programs each week.
SUMMER 2020: We opened a free virtual summer program for 36 middle school English learners in Lynn. This was the only virtual summer program offered at Marshall Middle School.

SUMMER 2020: LEAP engaged 57 high school students in a paid, virtual summer internship. Each student was paired with a career mentor to complete a summer project and receive career mentoring.
